About ARIADA
ARIADA is the agentic compliance architect for the modern web — multi-agent orchestration that architects compliant systems from L0 Mindset, detects drift continuously across eleven scanner-axes, and remediates at source through autonomous pull-request generation. We test, we control. The platform is operated by two sibling legal entities — one in Sweden, one in the United States — under common ownership.
Legal entities — Sweden + United States
ARIADA is operated by two affiliated companies that own the IP, employment, customer contracts, and revenue together. Customers contract with one or the other depending on their billing jurisdiction; both companies share the same engineering leadership, patent portfolio, and product roadmap.
-
Sweden — Agonist Development AB
Vällingby-registered Swedish AB. Holding entity for the Ariadne family of products (ariada.ai · blamer.ai · clamper.ai · reverter.ai · Visual Character Scanner), IP holder of the nine USPTO provisional patent applications underlying the ARIADA platform, and primary employment entity for the founding engineering team. EU residency, GDPR controller for customers contracted under EU law.

United States — Agonist Inc (Wyoming)
U.S. sister entity, Wyoming-incorporated. Customer contracts in U.S. jurisdiction run through this company; sales engineering and U.S. tax residency align here. Primary entity for North American accredited-investor disclosures and U.S. regulatory coordination (ADA Title II/III, Section 508).

Founder
Alexander Brichkin — Founder & CEO, Agonist Development AB. Based in Vällingby, Sweden.
Alexander's route into RegTech began in IT engineering, followed by a long detour through live-action role-playing design — Sweden and Scandinavia, where LARP first matured as a serious craft. He is currently a graduate student in Transformative Game Design at Uppsala University, studying how games, agency, and adversarial systems shape behaviour at scale. That lens informs ARIADA directly: compliance is treated as an adversarial game between regulation, engineers, AI coding agents, and auditors — each side moves, each move has consequences, and the platform's job is to make those moves observable and reversible at the source.
Today he is solo-building ARIADA on a multi-product Nordic AB structure: nine USPTO patent applications filed March-April 2026 covering the eleven-axis scanner, the AI-vs-human attribution audit, and autonomous source-level remediation; sister products under the same holding company extend the compliance-fabric thesis into the EU CBAM and governance domains. Pre-revenue, design-partner pipeline forming via Ignite Sweden and AI Sweden.

Brand family — one platform, five surfaces
The ARIADA platform ships under one umbrella plus four marketplace standalones. All run on the same engine, all owned by the same legal entities, all governed by the same compliance disclosure ("we test, we control — not a legal certification body").
-
ariada.ai
Umbrella platform — nine integrated pipeline modules, eleven scanner-axes, enterprise contracts. Direct sales for CIO / VP Engineering / Compliance Officer.
-
blamer.ai
AI authorship attribution standalone. Identifies which AI tool wrote each line of code. Marketplace + API.
-
clamper.ai
CI/CD compliance gate standalone. Differential AI-vs-human thresholds; blocks PR merges below budget.
-
reverter.ai
LLM remediation standalone. Tiered cascade emits source-level pull requests; cache-aware, framework-aware.
-
Visual Character Scanner
Viral demo (Dracula visualisation). Character-themed stakeholder readout; same engine as the umbrella, narrative surface.
Partner ecosystem
ARIADA tests deployed surfaces and remediates findings at source. Regulator-facing dossier preparation — DPIA / FRIA / Annex IV / VPAT 2.5 / MDR Annex II / FDA PCCP and similar — is a separate workflow with a separate buyer (DPO / GC / CCO / Reg Affairs). For that we partner with sibling products under the same Agonist holding rather than build it ourselves; this keeps ARIADA on the right side of the audit-firm line we explicitly do not cross.
-
Governancer
End-to-end EU AI Act · GDPR · CA SB 243 · NY GBL · Italian L. 132/2025 · COPPA · MDR · FDA PCCP · NYC LL 144 dossier preparation and submission. Sibling SaaS under Agonist Development AB, kernel + plugin SDK architecture, regulator-readable audit log export. ARIADA's signed measurement reports flow into Governancer's audit log as evidence-chain entries (Q3 2026 SDK GA — deep-link integration follows in Q4 2026).
What we do, what we do not do
ARIADA tests deployed surfaces against eleven compliance axes and remediates findings at source through pull requests that the client merges. We test, we control.
ARIADA is not a legal certification body, not an audit firm, not a notified body, and not a registered auditor. We do not issue legally-binding compliance certificates. For regulatory submission — EAA notified-body certification, court-defensible VPAT, AI Act Article 50 attestation, SOC 2 Type II, and similar — customers consult an accredited audit body. ARIADA's measurement reports support that process; they do not replace it.
Source-level remediation is human-in-loop. Agentic suggestions are not autonomous deployments; pull requests require client merge. Detection lives on the deployed surface; remediation lives in the pull request — physically separated by Git itself.
