Intellectual property disclosure
ARIADA holds filed-IP positions in the United States covering the platform's nine core modules. Provisional applications only — not granted patents; conversion to non-provisional and PCT national-phase decisions are in flight within the 12-month window. Full disclosure of application numbers, filing dates, and claim scope is available under NDA via legal@ariada.ai.
Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform (ODR). We are not obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and currently do not do so voluntarily.
Liability for content & links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general statutes (§7 (1) TMG). Per §§8-10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block information under general statutes remain unaffected; any such liability is only triggered upon knowledge of a concrete infringement, at which point we will remove the content immediately.
Our pages contain links to third-party websites whose content we cannot influence. We therefore cannot assume liability for external content. Responsibility lies with the respective operator.
