Service description

ariada.ai is an enterprise web accessibility platform that scans web properties across multiple regulatory domains (Patent J), attributes findings to authorship including AI tools (Patent G), normalizes scoring across vendors (Patent D), gates regressions in CI (Patent B), suggests source-code patches (Patent A), audits AI artifacts under EU AI Act Art. 50 (Patent H), detects regressions across deploys (Patent C), schedules the backlog (Patent F), and visualizes the result (Patent K).

Acceptable use

Scan only properties you own or are authorized to scan.
Free trial (14 days): full Pro features; one named seat; one property.
No commercial resale of scan output without an MSA addendum.
No use of the scanner to evade or undermine accessibility regulations.

License

OSS scanner core (@ariada/core) is published under Apache License 2.0 on github.com/ariada-ai/core. Patent grants flow with the Apache-2.0 §3 patent license.

SaaS dashboard, attribution engine (Patent G full fingerprint database), audit trail (HAES), canonical certificate authority (Patent D), and PredOpt solver (Patent F) are proprietary and protected under the 9 ADOPTA patent applications listed on the Trust page. Use is governed by the MSA signed at sign-up.

Liability

ariada.ai output is decision-support evidence, not a legal opinion. Customer remains responsible for compliance posture. Signed certificates carry an explicit scope (URL, regulation set, timestamp, expiry) and are revocable. ariada.ai liability cap and SLA terms are negotiated in the MSA per tier.
