Agonist Development AB holds nine USPTO provisional patent applications filed between March and April 2026 covering the modules of the ARIADA platform. Provisional applications secure a priority date for twelve months under 35 U.S.C. §111(b)(5) and convert to non-provisional or PCT international applications before March–April 2027. No granted patents at this time.

Marketing copy on other ARIADA properties uses the architectural term “module” to describe platform capabilities in order to avoid false-marking exposure in jurisdictions that prosecute imprecise patent language (Germany §146 PatG, Japan §198 Patent Act, France CPI L615-12, Sweden Patentlag §57).

PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) international-protection deadlines fall between March and April 2027, twelve months from each respective filing date. Final conversion decisions are made during quarterly threat-triage cycles.
