Important context

Agonist Development AB holds nine USPTO provisional patent applications filed between March and April 2026 covering the modules of the ARIADA platform. Provisional applications secure a priority date for twelve months under 35 U.S.C. §111(b)(5) and convert to non-provisional or PCT international applications before March–April 2027. No granted patents at this time.

This page is intended for accredited investors and due-diligence partners. Provisional applications are unpublished, unexamined, and confer no enforceable rights until conversion and grant. Marketing copy on other ARIADA properties uses the architectural term “module” to describe platform capabilities in order to avoid false-marking exposure in jurisdictions that prosecute imprecise patent language (Germany §146 PatG, Japan §198 Patent Act, France CPI L615-12, Sweden Patentlag §57).

Filed-IP position summary

Nine provisional applications were filed under USPTO micro-entity status between March and April 2026 at a total cost of $585 (sixty-five US dollars each). The nine applications collectively cover the platform's core capabilities: single-pass multi-domain scanning, tiered LLM remediation, differential CI/CD gating with a policy DSL, cross-tool canonical scoring, AI authorship attribution, AI artifact audit and tamper-evident evidence chain, MIP-based backlog optimization, regression detection, and real-time stakeholder visualization. A tenth capability — proactive accessible code generation — is on a defensive-publication-first research track and has not been filed as a provisional. The platform's total claim count across the nine provisionals is 495 claims across 62 independent claims.

PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) international-protection deadlines fall between March and April 2027, twelve months from each respective filing date. Final conversion decisions are made during quarterly threat-triage cycles. The detailed application register — including individual application numbers, claim counts per application, filing dates, and PCT conversion deadlines — is available to accredited investors and due-diligence partners under signed NDA via investors@ariada.ai.

Status as of 2026-06-16; subject to change at PCT decision deadlines March–April 2027.

Jurisdictional disclosure note

This page is intended for accredited investors and due-diligence partners performing IP-portfolio assessment. Several jurisdictions (Germany, Japan, France, Sweden) treat imprecise patent-marketing language as actionable false marking with civil and criminal consequences, even where the underlying applications exist. Accordingly, ARIADA's commercial marketing copy uses the term “module” to refer to architectural units without patent application numbers; detailed jurisdictional filing data appears only under NDA via investor contact.
